I’m not sure why you seem so invested in picking a fight with me over an article written about my POV during an event that happen in my life. But no again, you’re wrong. The school was very aware of my son’s lack of vaccines when I enrolled him and did not ask me to get them up to date before school started or by the first day of school. You are assuming that all things are the same in every school and for every child. They aren’t.

You also seem to be missing the entire point of the story. Whether the nurse thought she was doing the right or wrong thing wasn’t even the point. It was that I felt uncomfortable being asked to fill out that particular form and that I had to take steps to make the right decision for my family and myself. It’s about standing up for what is right for my children, and giving other mother’s a little sign that it is okay to do the same. We are all struggling to do the right thing and raise our children to the best of our abilities, while not bowing to outside pressure and bullying.

So thank you for coming to my story and trying to put pressure on me and telling me I am wrong in how I am trying to help my children. I really apperiacate it. It is definitely what mothers should be doing to each other online. I hope it makes you feel better about yourself.

Thanks for reading. xx
